Bryan’s 30+ years in the glass and glazing industry and experiences in manufacturing, estimating, drafting, inside/outside sales, customer service, and architectural promotion have prepared him to become a successful business owner.
Bryan was also voted Best Sales Representative in the 2012 edition of National Glass Magazine.

Over a 30+ year span Eric has worked with architects and consultants on the full spectrum of project types in the building envelope arena. From specialized custom projects, to schools, to large condominiums in New York City and Chicago. He has a strong understanding of the complete process from the drawing board to installation. He looks forward to working with and helping you with your project.

Peter joined TSC in September of 2011 as an estimator and currently holds the position of Director of Estimating. The various roles at TSC have provided an array of experiences and knowledge of the fenestration industry. Peter states “I work alongside a great team, and we rely on that teamwork to gain success in our market.” Prior to joining TSC, Pete worked in sales and estimating with a commercial glass and glazing installer for six years and was a lead PM for a local Richmond residential construction company for 7 years.

Lance has been in the glass and glazing business since 1982, starting at the bottom by pushing a broom around the shop and over the years, managed to work his way to the top. After 40 years, Lance felt it was time to get out of the glass and glazing business, by opening up a new chapter in his life taking on the role of estimator/project manager at the Snead Company.

Anna made a deliberate career shift from the dental field into manufacturing, bringing a fresh perspective and 3 years of estimating experience to TSC's Inside Sales team. After joining as a Project Coordinator, she transitioned into sales where her sharp eye for detail, quick responsiveness, and tenacity ensure she doesn't stop until there's a solution. Known for her approachable, consultative style, she's a trusted partner for clients navigating complex procurement needs. Outside of work, she rides motorcycles—where speed, precision, and focus are just as important as they are in her work.
Xiomara Blanco

Xiomara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and brings over 15 years of industry experience, with specialized expertise in Divisions 7 and 8. She adds significant technical depth to an already strong estimating team. Her background in CAD design allows her to interpret drawings with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, resulting in precise and reliable estimates.

Sydney joined TSC in April 2026 as a Project Manager, bringing seven years of General Contracting experience. After graduating from Washington and Lee University with an engineering degree, she built a diverse portfolio of projects spanning the education, aviation, healthcare, and technology sectors. With a strong background in project coordination, scheduling, and financial management, Sydney is committed to delivering high-quality results and fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and project teams. She is passionate about delivering successful projects and looks forward to contributing to TSC's continued success and growth.
